Changes to Park Regulations

  • In spring 2010 a number of changes were made to the Park Regulations including lowering the speed limit in Bushy Park and Greenwich Park from 30mph to 20mph and allowing Private Hire Vehicles to drive through the Royal Parks. These changes took effect on 6 April 2010.
  • A further amendment allowed for parking charges to be introduced in Richmond and Bushy Parks from 1 October 2010. However, this proposal will not now go ahead and parking charges will not be introduced in Richmond and Bushy Parks.
