Allotment Garden open days
The Regent's Park Allotment Garden is open to the public Monday-Friday 8.30am-4pm, but we also run special open days with activities, competitions, games, and the opportunity to ask questions about the garden, food-growing, and Capital Growth. You can find us on the corner of the Inner Circle and Chester Road, next to the Park Office. We look forward to seeing you soon

Capital Growth conducts its urban food growing training programme here. It covers the essential elements of any successful urban food growing project, including planning, seed sowing, soil management, composting and much more.
