The Hub offers a variety of different classes to suit all ages, abilities and fitness levels. We are a unique 'drop in & pay as you go' centre ideal for
those who wish to keep fit but without the expense of a monthly gym membership. Our most popular classes are Yoga and Pilates but we also cater for those wanting a more
aerobic style of class with Cardio Blast and Legs, Bums & Tums! All our classes are taught by highly qualified and professional instructors
who will make the class a safe and fun environment for all. See descriptions of classes below.
All you need to do is register with us (download a registration form) before your first class, pay & go!

Health Walk - Free
Led by Hub Staff, experience Regent's Park on our gentle Health Walk which runs every Wednesday afternoon, meeting at the entrance of Clarence Gate at 1:30pm. The Team will be there come rain or shine to guide you around the beautiful park!
Learning Disabilities Exercise Session
Exercise circuits, energetic games and being active outdoors are all incorporated into sessions for people with a wide range of learning disabilities.
Care assistants are encouraged to take part and enjoy a workout too!

Class descriptions:
- Pilates:
An excellent way to gently relax, increase mobility, improves your posture and meet new likeminded people.
- Cardio Blast & Circuits:
Short, sharp and a whole lot of fun! These 30-45min cardio & resistance training sessions can fit into anyone's lunchtime breaks or after work, for you to re-energise and de-stress.
- Legs, Bums & Tums:
A classic aerobics class using a whole body approach to exercise, specifically targeting movements designed to really test your legs, gluts and abdominals.
- Parent & Pram:
Calling all new mothers! The Parent & Pram class allows you to bring your baby, and exercise with fellow mothers. We have both indoor and outdoor
sessions with some cardiovascular and resistance training incorporated into the session hitting all those areas that need attention after giving birth.
Please note children should be aged 2 or under and be based in their pram. New mothers are medically allowed to start exercising (usually at least 6wks + after birth).
- Yoga:
The yoga style this class offers is mainly Hatha, which focuses largely on breathing, balance and flexibility. Another of our relaxation classes that improves health and well-being.
- The Hub Running Club:
For runners of all abilities and ages! The Hub Running Club operates every Wednesday evening, making use of Regent's Park and Primrose Hill grass areas, paths and the

- Power Stretch:
A class that develops flexibility around the joints. Feel calm, refreshed and energised by slow body movements that promote health and longevity. This class also incorporates elements of Tai Chi and Yoga.
* For all of our classes we offer concessions for over 60's, people who are on jobseekers allowance, or registered disabled (proof required). We also offer a 10% discount to students and residents of Westminster and Camden boroughs (proof required).
