The Cobham Band

The Cobham Band was founded in 1887 as the Cobham & District Band and was originally a Fife and Drum Band with strong connections at that time with the Ancient Order of Foresters.
At the beginning of both world wars the Band was temporarily disbanded and reformed in peace time.
The Band has a loyal and dedicated membership with three of its members having served the Band for over fifty years – two of them for sixty years! Their fathers were also members of the Band for over fifty years!
