Come on over to The Royal Parks' Compost Cafè! The Regent's Park

Wildlife for All is running two 'Compost Cafè' workshops on Sunday 9th November in Bushy Park and on Sunday 16th November in Regent's Park. The kids attending will, in just two hours, get to find out loads about their local Royal Park, as well as getting messy and having loads of fun - all for free. From the parents' point of view it's educational and the children are in safe hands, so they can sit back for two hours without a worry.

The Compost Cafè workshops will include a 'compost bug run', making your own mini-wormery and an arts & craft session to make an enormous compost collage. The sessions are run by registered and trained Wildlife Watch Leaders. All children between 6-10 years old are welcome, although under-8s need to be accompanied and the sessions are free.

The Compost Cafès take place on Sunday 9th November between 2-4pm in the Stockyard, Bushy Park and on Sunday 16th November between 2-4pm in the Queen Mary's Cafè, Regent's Park.

The workshops are part of the new Wildlife Watch Groups, which are run in partnership with the London Wildlife Trust. The groups run every month and newcomers are always welcome. There is no need to book, just turn up on the day.
