Regent's Park Sports Centre Helps Londoners Get Into Shape For The Summer Holidays

The Hub sports centre in Regent's Park is encouraging Londoners to take up its 'get into shape for the holidays' challenge. Beth Andrew, Manager of The Hub, asks: "Are you proud of your pecs? Are you bold in your bikini? If not, take up our challenge to exercise regularly in the fantastic green spaces around The Hub and we are confident you will soon be happier with your holiday body!"

Rather than having to fork out expensive membership fees for an inner city gym (often with little or no natural light), the Hub offers a range of 'pay as you go' sessions, no membership fees, fully qualified personal trainers and a great environment in which to get active.

"With a wide range of sport and exercise now available at The Hub, and some of our adult classes starting from as little as 1 per session, theres never been a better time to keep active and fit for the summer" Beth said.

And if that's not enough... their new reward scheme "Burn To Earn" allows participants to benefit from a free personal training session every time they complete 10 Hub-based sessions in a month. The current programme includes Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga and Circuit Training. The Hub also offers free walking, stretching and running groups.

The Hub is a multi sport and community facility, co-funded by Sport England and The Royal Parks, which is open to all, including those who are beginners or new to sport. For more information about Burn To Earn or any other sport and physical activity opportunities for people of all ages in Regent's Park please visit www.royalparks.org.uk/hub
