Beat the recession with free exercise classes in Regent's Park

The Royal Parks are offering a new programme of indoor and outdoor exercise classes. The Hub in Regent's Park will play host to a wide variety of sessions throughout November and December, many of which are free.

The activities on offer are aimed at all abilities and include pilates; jogging; yoga; cross training; cardio kick; and power walking. New parents can take part in the specially designed 'Parent and Pram' and 'Mother and Baby Yoga' classes; and circuit training for people with learning disabilities is also on offer.

David Ellis, Community Sports Development Officer, Regent's Park, said: "We are keen to encourage people to make the most of the Park, using it for exercise is a great alternative to the gym. The classes on offer are suitable for all abilities and many of them are free."
