The Royal Parks Celebrate the Sound of Music

More than 50 free concerts will be held in The Royal Parks from 28 June to 30 August 2009.

From saxophones or ukuleles, through to traditional brass bands, there will be something for everyone on the bandstands in St James's Park, Greenwich Park, Kensington Gardens and Regent's Park over the summer months.

Alistair Raphael, Arts & Events Manager, The Royal Parks, said: "We manage some of the most picturesque settings in London which make perfect environments to enjoy good music. There's something to suit all musical tastes and we hope as many people as possible will visit and enjoy the entertainment."
