The Royal Parks manages the limited number of places on the Queen Victoria Memorial for news photographers covering ceremonial events.
If you are a news photographer - working for a publication or agency - that would like to be positioned on the Queen Victoria Memorial please contact the Press Office at press@royalparks.gsi.gov.uk by the relevant deadline, providing the following information:
The Queen Victoria Memorial can accommodate 35 non-static photographers. If the volume of applicants exceeds this number then it will not be possible to offer everyone a space. Priority will be given to news and photo agencies on the Royal Rota (15 passes) and to national newspapers (10 passes). The remaining passes will be allocated by ballot.
No access will be given to press who have not been allocated a Royal Parks' press pass and who do not have the correct photo identification.
