Feel Great in 2008

The Hub, Regent's Park launches new pay-as-you-go fitness sessions

Indoor and outdoor activities including Pilates, Yoga, Parent and Pram, Power Walking Circuit Training, and Mother and Baby Yoga are now available as part of a new exercise programme at The Hub, Regent's Park, from just £1.00* per class.

In addition, a series of "mystery" cardiovascular-based lunchtime classes will be on offer on Tuesdays, whilst special classes designed for people diagnosed or recovering from Coronary Heart Disease will be available on Wednesdays.

Sessions run during the daytime and evenings, are open to everyone and no membership is required.

Beth Andrew, Sports Manager, The Hub, Regent's Park, said: "These classes are primarily aimed at attracting beginners and they offer an excellent opportunity to anyone who wants to improve or develop their fitness. Exercising in Regent's Park is a great alternative to using a gym and we are trying to encourage people to make the most of the Park."
