1 November 2005 Freedom of Information (FOI) request The Royal Parks and Department of Culture, Media and Sport The Department of Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) received two FOI requests for the release of documents in connection with the Diana Prince of Wales Memorial Fountain: January 2005 Applicant requested all available agendas/minutes and other communication involving Civil Servants and or Ministers' regarding the problems arising since construction of the Memorial Fountain. February 2005 Request for "the minutes on the Princess of Wales Memorial Fountain, covering the initial period (from May 2002 to September 2002) when the idea was commissioned and the first three months of its operation (from August 2004).
