If you are a broadcaster who would like to locate a satellite truck or radio car at Canada Gate in order to cover a breaking news story then please follow the below instructions:

• Please email ROIbo@met.police.uk and cc OPSOffice-RO@met.police.uk and press@royalparks.gsi.gov.uk with the following information: date that you would like to be positioned at Canada Gate, time of arrival and departure, name of organisation, the vehicle registration details, the name and contact number of a crew member and your reason for attendance.
• Please then print out the email that you have sent and display it on your dashboard when you arrive.
• You will only be contacted if your request is turned down, and patrolling police officers will be aware.
• Due to the sensitivities of this site, or for operational reasons, please note that you may be directed by a police officer or member of Royal Parks’ staff to move on at any time during the period of your stated request.
