The Royal Parks appoints Cluttons to let and manage The Royal Parks' lodges Cluttons' residential agency and portfolio lettings management teams have been awarded a prestigious three year contract by The Royal Parks to let and manage the lodges within the Royal Parks. The Royal Parks is an executive agency of the Department of Culture, Media and Sport and is responsible for the management of London's eight Royal Parks. The lodges are held within The Royal Parks 'Better Buildings' portfolio, which aims to generate revenue for the parks by making more effective use of park buildings. There are currently 12 lodges located in Regent's Park, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, Richmond Park, Bushy Park and Greenwich Park, with the redevelopment of further lodges planned. The Portfolio lettings management team is part of Cluttons' Residential consultancy division and manages a significant number of central London estates on behalf of high profile estate clients, charities, property companies and private individuals.
