British Military FitnessBritish Military Fitness (BMF) is for everyone, with classes divided into three groups - blue for beginners, red for intermediates and green for advanced. Whichever you join, you can be sure that you’ll enjoy an entertaining workout with people with a similar level of fitness. British Military FitnessBritish Military Fitness (BMF) is for everyone, with classes divided into three groups - blue for beginners, red for intermediates and green for advanced.
