This dynamic outdoor session is all about letting go of stress and tension, as well as learning tips and techniques to help you lead a more meaningful, fulfilling, happier life.

Mercedes Sieff, Yeotown Founder, Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher and qualified Positive Psychology Coach, will guide you through a fluid, creative, Vinyasa Flow Yoga class before introducing you to the principles of Positive Psychology commonly known as ‘The Science of Happiness’.

This class is for adults only and open to all levels - from beginner to expert, but please do remember to bring your own mat, water bottle and comfortable loose fitting clothing.
