For the comfort and safety of visitors and residents the park will close at 9pm during the bonfire night period and at 1am on New Year’s

In the run-up to the bonfire night and festive period The Royal Parks and Camden Police are reminding people not to bring fireworks or paper lanterns to Primrose Hill.

An increasing number of people have been coming to Primrose Hill to celebrate and enjoy the various displays taking place in London on bonfire night and New Year’s Eve. For the comfort and safety of visitors and residents the park will close at 9pm during the bonfire night period and at 1am on New Year’s.

In previous years visitors to the hill on New Year’s Eve have dropped a substantial amount of litter, so The Royal Parks and Camden Police are continuing to urge people to respect the park and their fellow visitors by taking litter home or placing it in the bins provided.

Park closing times:From October 30 to November 8 police will be monitoring Primrose Hill and clearing the park by 9pm. On New Year’s Day the park will close at 1am.
