We are excited to welcome everyone back to hire a boat on The Regent's Park Boating Lake.
Opening hours
Boat hire in The Regent's Park is open daily from April to October.
Opening time: 11:00 Mon-Fri / 10:00 Sat-Sun
Closing times: 17:30 in April and May, 18:30 from June to September, Dusk in October
*Opening and closing times may vary. On occasion we may need to open the service later or close the service earlier. During busy periods, it may be necessary to close the queue at the end of the day to allow us time to clear the lake. Please refer to signage on site to see timings for the last boat out each day.

60 minutes boat hire

- Child: £5.75 (3 to 15 years)

Children under 3 years of age are free of charge. Under 12 months, not permitted. Carers are free of charge. Young persons aged 16 - 17 years, students and adults over 65 years are eligible for concessions with a valid ID.
**Off peak times in The Regent's Park are 11am-1pm Mon-Fri and 10am-12pm Sat-Sun
Conditions of use
Children and young persons 17 and under will not be permitted access unless accompanied by an adult who 18 is years old or above. Every boat must include a responsible adult over the age of 18 years.
No children under the age of 12 months are permitted.
All children under the age of 12 years old must wear a buoyancy aid. Buoyancy aids are available to use free of charge.
There is a maximum of capacity of 4 adults per boat at any time.
Alcohol is not permitted on the jetty or the boats. Anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted access.

Children's Boating Pond
Opening hours
Boat hire at the Children's Boating Pond in The Regent's Park is open daily from 23 July to October.
- Opening time: 11am
- Closing times: 7pm from 23 July to September, and dusk in October
Pricing
£4.75 per 20 minute session
No children under the age of 3 years old permitted.
All children under the age of 12 years old must wear a buoyancy aid.
Children must be directly supervised by a responsible adult over the age of 18 years at all times.
One child per boat at any one time (maximum weight per boat 70kg).
