  • Thursday 21st Aug 2014

    Hyde Park

Event details

Date: Thursday 21 August 2014
Time: 19:30 - 21:30
Location: Hyde Park
Cost: £12

Get the family wrapped up and join the Isis Education Centre team at The Royal Parks Foundation as we try to find and identify the different bats that live in Hyde Park!

Can you detect the common pipistrelles? With a bat detector you'll be able to listen in on their secret calls to find out which type of bats are flying above your heads.

And because you are out in the park on a summer's night, you might hear the owls calling too. Back at camp we'll settle in around the camp fire and have an evening snack as we investigate which moths like to come and visit us at night.

Please note:
No unaccompanied children
No more than three children per one adult
Pre-booking required
If you can't make this date, there is another evening on 28 August
