Mission: Invertebrate Roadshow

  • Event details

  • Tuesday 20th Aug 2019

    11am - 3pm

    Green Park

Drop in anytime between 11am and 3pm. We'll be next to the sheep grazing the wildflower meadow in the middle of the park.

Discover the fascinating world of London’s bugs this summer, from bees and beetles to snails and spiders, as the Royal Parks’ Mission: Invertebrate goes on the road.

Join a bug hunt, hop aboard the Bugmobile, discover fascinating facts during interactive storytelling and make critter crafts to take home. Budding young environmentalists will meet the parks’ hidden heroes and learn about their vital roles as recyclers, pollinators and sources of food. At this event, you can also meet the rare breed sheep grazing our wildflower meadow and learn all about their importance to invertebrates.

No registration or booking required.
