Mindful Walking Experience

Join mindfulness teacher, Alex Newte Hardie for an hour of simple practices in the grounds of the stunning Brompton Cemetery.
This event will help you to reconnect with yourself and the world around you.
Spending time in local parks, surrounded by greenery has been shown to support better physical health, happiness and a sense of calm.
Turn off your phone and open your senses to nature. It will improve your mood, reduce tension, anxiety and help you focus for the rest of your day.
No experience necessary, but do bring a curious mind, wear comfortable shoes (and pack an umbrella just in case).
