We’re ready to welcome you and your students back to the Royal Parks with our specially adapted safe and secure outdoor learning provision. All sessions remain curriculum-linked to meet learning outcomes but additionally give students a great and much needed opportunity to get outside and explore. Sessions are priced at £110+VAT for a class of up to 30 students.

For summer term 2021, we are currently able to take provisional bookings of our normal programme. We will review the Covid-19 situation with you nearer the time, and you will not be invoiced until we've agreed arrangements that suit your needs and meet current guidelines.

For spring term 2021, choose from one of the following Covid-secure options:

Practical Investigation Day (four hour session)

Hyde Park

Become an ecologist for the day and undertake scientific investigations in Hyde Park. Students will gain practical experience of conducting scientific investigations including producing risk assessments and field sketches, collecting biotic and abiotic data and using data to draw conclusions. Students will use a wide range of fieldwork techniques and sampling methods to survey pond and meadow habitats.

Please note there is no indoor space available at lunchtime. Seating will be provided undercover but still outdoors.

Suitable for: KS4 Duration: 4 hours

Practical Investigation (two hour session)

Hyde Park

Students will gain practical experience of conducting scientific investigations, collecting biotic and abiotic data using a range of fieldwork techniques and sampling methods to survey a meadow habitat. Secondary data can be provided for analysis back at school.

Suitable for: KS4 Duration: 2 hours
