Please note: this event is now full. You can join the waiting list here. The list operates on a first come first serve basis, you will be emailed directly if a space becomes available.
Join us for a Mindfulness in Nature Workshop on Sunday 12 November as you disconnect from the day and reconnect with yourself and nature.
What to expect:
- Join expert guide Mimi, an experienced ecotherapist, as you practice mindfulness through nature based activities in a peaceful pocket of The Regent’s Park.
- This workshop is designed to be accessible. Mimi has a wider range of experience working with people with a variety of conditions including chronic pain, chronic fatigue, life changing illness and limited mobility.
- Carers are welcome to join if you need one to participate in the event – please get in touch to let us know how we can further support you in accessing the sessions.
