Join us on a fascinating tour of the Albert Memorial which will take you behind the railings of this infamous Victorian monument.

  • Get a closer look at the Frieze of Parnassus and other fine details of the greatest monument of the Victorian era.
  • Hear about Victoria and Albert’s passionate relationship, Victoria’s response to his death and the story of how the monument came to be built in this very distinctive style.

Please note:

  • Designed for adult attendees, over 18 years of age. 
  • Time: the tour will take place between 11:00am – 12:30pm. 
  • Please note that due to the steep steps up to the Albert Memorial, the second half of the walk is not accessible for people in wheelchairs, with reduced mobility, or with buggies.
