With Winter Wonderland fast approaching, staff at Royal Parks HQ give their top picks of what’s on offer at this year’s event.

Opening on Friday, November 17 at midday right through to Monday, January 1 (closed Christmas day). The six-week festive extravaganza has something for everyone.

“I’m looking forward to taking in the views from the Giant Wheel – it is amazing what you can see at all times of the day.” Scott - Social Media

“I will be taking my kids to see the Justin Fletcher show – Justin’s Christmas Singalong, a 45-minute show filled with singing and dancing. Followed by churros and hot chocolate.” Jess - Communications

“I will be pre-booking a Santaland Unlimited Ride pass so I can take my son on over 15 rides. Followed by a trip to the Magical Ice Kingdom which takes you on a journey through the nine realms of Norse mythology.” Holly - Events

“A trip to Winter Wonderland always feels like the start of the Christmas season for our family, and we all really enjoy the mix of rides and festive experiences on offer. The circus shows, Cirque Berserk and Zippos Christmas Circus, are a family highlight.” Paul - Website

"My top pick has got to be the Munich Looping. It's the best attraction (in my opinion) by some distance, a real adrenaline inducing ride without being too scary. It also looks fantastic in the evening, with the Olympic inspired rings illuminated." Ian - Assistant Park Manager
