Planting is a fantastic and easy way to help nature thrive. Hedgerows provide fantastic habitat for birds, shelter for small mammals, and flowers for pollinators!
 
Join us and get involved with hands-on planting and leave your mark in Hyde Park by planting a mix of native tree saplings.
 
Drop-in any time between 11am – 3pm.
 
There will also be free nature activities and the opportunity to learn more about the incredible nature in Hyde Park.

No, all plants and tools are provided. You do not need to bring anything with you.

We will be planting in the ground, and this can involve bending down. We will have some kneeling pads and spades to assist with planting. Do let a member of staff know if you need any assistance with any of the tools.

Find us on the Boardwalk next to the Ready Money Drinking Fountain.

By Tube/Train
The nearest stations are Regents Park or Mornington Crescent.

By bus
There are plenty of bus options the closest is the 88 or 274 Parkway (Stop CU). 

We will also be offering the opportunity to make clay creatures to take home. If it gets busy, there may be some queueing before planting the saplings. We will have some queue activities to help keep people of all ages busy.
