Chef Takeovers at the Lido Garden

After a successful launch last year, Guest Chef Takeovers are returning – and tastier than ever. Each weekend from 28 June to 25 August (12pm - 8pm), the Lido Garden will come alive with a feast of flavours from around the world.

From fiery jerk BBQs to Mediterranean feasts and wood-fired pizzas, there is something for everyone. 

Here’s what’s on the menu:

• 5 & 6 July – Jerk Chicken BBQ: smoky, spicy, and full of soul
• 12 & 13 July – Spanish BBQ: sun-kissed bites and bold, zesty flavours
• 19 & 20 July – Sri Lankan Picnic with Karan Gokani: a celebration of spice and tropical charm
• 26 & 27 July – Nina Parker’s Summer Table: fresh, vibrant dishes made for sharing
• 2 & 3 August – Jerk Chicken BBQ returns for round two
• 9 & 10 August – Spanish BBQ is back for another sizzling weekend

• 23, 24 & 25 August – Pizza with Luigi: wood-fired perfection to see out the summer
