Bring your curiosity to our FREE August ‘Welcome Day’ at the Greenwich Park Learning Centre – focused on the history and archaeology of Greenwich Park.

Drop in throughout the day to learn more about the most recent archaeological discoveries at Greenwich Park and uncover what objects can tell us about the people who have been here before.

There will be something for everyone with a range of activities on offer:

  • Uncover buried artefacts using the tools of an archaeologist!
  • Watch and learn how we clean, and ‘process’ finds
  • Identify and re-imagine historical artefacts!
