The lush green leaves of summer have turned into canopies of red and gold, the hours of daylight are shorter and it's time to dig out the overcoats and umbrellas again as cooler, damper days set in and we look ahead to winter.

But while it's all too easy to stay indoors and watch the days pass outside our windows, there's nothing better than truly embracing the season. So wrap up warm and head out to the park for a refreshing autumnal walk. Dance in the fallen leaves, watch the wildlife and soak up the last of the glorious low sunshine. Before you head out of the door, why not get in the mood with our autumn-themed quick quiz...
