The Ignatius Sancho Café
You'll find the recently-opened Ignatius Sancho Café in the southeast corner of the park by the new Learning Centre and Vanbrugh Gate.
The café building was previously a private, residential lodge and sits within a newly landscaped space called Vanbrugh Yard, which has been transformed from a concrete yard into exciting community facilities. In addition to the café, there are accessible toilets, a volunteer hub, and a community kitchen garden.
Food & Drink
The Café serves a variety of hot dishes including soups, toasties and ciabattas and a selection of cold sandwiches, salads and cakes.
Opening hours
Summer 08:00 - 18:00
Winter 08:00 - 16:00
Closed on Christmas Day.
Accessibility
The café has free-to-access public toilets, including accessible Changing Places toilets.
Ignatius Sancho Café accepts card payments only.
Dogs are not permitted in the Sancho Café or Garden, however there is a dog friendly outdoor kiosk with seating available in front the café.
