The Royal Parks provide fantastic 'green' routes in London, taking cyclists away from traffic and through some of the most attractive areas of the capital.

Due to military rehearsals taking place in St James’s Park, there will be temporary closures of the Cycle Superhighway and also to all traffic on Birdcage Walk and Horse Guards Road at the following times: *

Friday 10th May 8:30am  - 12pm
Monday 13th May 8:30am - 12pm
Friday 17th May 8:30am - 12pm
Tuesday 21st May 3am - 6:30pm
Thursday 23rd May 8:30am - 12pm
Wednesday 29th May 8:30am - 12pm

* These are in addition to any other closures previously notified. Times may be subject to change at short notice.

Cycling is allowed on all roads and some specially designated cycle routes within the parks - the only exception is Primrose Hill. Many of the routes link in with the wider London Cycle Network.
