Terms and conditions

1. The promotion is open to customers who have successfully pre-registered and received a valid promotional voucher.
2. Customers must present a valid voucher at the point of purchase to redeem this offer.
3. Customers will receive one free soft serve ice cream when spending £5 or more in a single transaction at a participating café or catering outlet.
4. Only one voucher may be redeemed per transaction.
5. Vouchers may be used multiple times during the promotional period, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
6. The offer is available only at the following participating cafés and catering outlets:

7. The free soft serve ice cream is subject to availability. No cash alternative, refund, exchange or substitute product will be offered.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher or offer unless stated otherwise.
9. The promotion is valid from 1 August 2026 to 6 September 2026. Vouchers cannot be redeemed outside of this period.
10. The Royal Parks reserves the right to refuse redemption of any voucher that is damaged, altered, copied, expired or suspected of misuse.
11. The Royal Parks reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
