Grab your feather pen - and join us to creatively explore the wildlife of Greenwich Park!

Drop in to the Greenwich Park Learning Centre throughout the day on Saturday 25th to learn about the park’s literary heritage through displays and activities – suitable for people of all ages. To celebrate the National Year of Reading in 2026, there will be a special poetry trail to inspire your own creative reflections about nature.

We’ll also be spotlighting the work of key historical figures Phillis Wheatley, Ignatius Sancho and Charles Dickens… who wrote about Greenwich Park back in the 1700s and 1800s!
