Training and benefits

Annual leave - 26 days a year plus bank holidays, rising to 29 days after 3 years of service.

Pension - pension scheme with an employer contribution of between 6% and 10% depending on the employee contribution.

Pay reviews - negotiated each year and effective from 1 September.
