The LookOut Discovery Centre, Hyde Park is a unique, eco-friendly building nestled in an acre of enclosed grounds in the heart of the park.
Our gardens and indoor spaces are practical all year round, whatever the weather, and our two bright and airy ‘discovery’ classrooms can host up to 30 students each. These purpose built spaces mean that students of any age can have safe access to hands-on, practical activities and become comfortable with the process of scientific enquiry.
The LookOut is fully accessible and has Disability Discrimination Act compliant features including wide paths, toilets and a fully fitted sensory room.
We hold a Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge, a national award that recognises high quality educational experiences in a safe environment.
