Companion Cycling
Companion Cycling is a project which enables people who are unable to ride "solo" to enjoy cycling with a companion in the lovely environment of Bushy Park.
Anyone, whatever their ability or mobility, can become a cyclist using a special cycle and with the aid of a "pilot" who might be a carer, a friend, a family member or a Companion Cycling volunteer.
Companion Cycling is situated in the Stockyard (adjacent to the Park Offices, off Hampton Court Road)
Companion Cycling is a registered charity.

Horse riding for people with disabilities
The Horse Rangers Association (HRA) supports the personal development of children and young people by teaching them how to ride and look after horses. It runs a dedicated special needs section at the Indoor Riding School at the Stockyard, Bushy Park during the week in term time. It is a member group of the UK-wide RDA (Riding for the Disabled Association).
Due to demand, Horse Rangers operates a waiting list for places in both the mainstream and special needs groups.
