Public notices:

Public toilets
From Tuesday 14th July all toilets are now open all day during park hours, except when cleaning is undertaken (Except at Pembroke Lodge when they are open at the same time as the Tea Rooms). Details of toilets in our other parks can be found here

Vehicle access to car parks - on weekdays only
As part of our Movement Strategy we are trialling a scheme that reduces vehicle cut-through traffic while providing access to car parks. Details can be found on our Movement Strategy page for Richmond Park.

Cycling on weekends is back
We are pleased to welcome cycling back to Richmond Park on weekends as well as week days, from Saturday 1st August. We’ve now removed all temporary cycling suspensions, following their introduction in March to support the Government’s social distancing guidelines, maintain public safety and prevent serious congestion at park gates. Please be aware we have many new park visitors in our parks, including new cyclists and families, so do take care when cycling and show consideration and kindness to others

Petersham Playground is now open.

Please ensure you check our updates page for the very latest information about park closures and access to facilities.

There are a number of car parks within Richmond Park and these have been marked on the map below. Please don't park on the roads or grassland.

On Saturday mornings the car park at Pembroke Lodge is very busy between 9:00 am and 10:00 am when parkrun events are held.

There is a disabled-badge-holders only car park for the Isabella Plantation, access via Ham Cross. Other visitors should use the Broomfield Hill car park.

Parking is free of charge.
