The Hub offers a variety of different classes to suit all ages, abilities and fitness levels. We are a unique 'drop in & pay as you go' centre ideal for those who wish to keep fit but without the expense of a monthly gym membership.

All our classes have a maximum of 15 participants and are taught by highly qualified  instructors who will make the class a safe and fun environment for all.

Pilates

Strengthen and lengthen muscles and focus on your core with a series of exercises based on the work of Joseph Pilates

Yoga

Promoting harmony and balance for body, mind and spirit, this yoga class integrates postures with breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation.

Stretch and Tone

A class that develops flexibility. Feel calm, refreshed and energised by body movements that promote health and longevity.
