Step behind the scenes of the Hyde Park Nursery on this guided walking tour of a working plant nursery—an area not usually open to the public.

  • This tour offers a rare opportunity to explore where almost half a million plants are grown each year to keep the Royal Parks in flower.
  • You’ll learn about the nursery’s history, its state of the art building, and the environmentally responsible growing practices used to raise more than 900 different varieties of plants.
  • As you move through the site, you’ll gain insight into the seasonal work that keeps the Royal Parks blooming year-round, from propagation to planting schemes across London’s green spaces.
